	Thinking of You Cards

Description

Many people are lonely as shut-ins at nursing home or in their own home. Getting a card from the club letting them know someone is thinking about them can be source of pleasure and pride for many days.

Materials List

        Construction Paper
        markers or crayons
        fabric cut into shapes (stars, hearts, etc.)
        ribbons
        glitter
        sequins
        rhine stones

Instructions

  1. You can choose to make a big card by folding the construction paper in half
  2. Glue some of the fabric shapes, rhine stones, ribbon, etc. onto the card.
  3. Decorate the card and write a message of encouragement letting them know you are thinking about them
  4. Now your card is ready for distribution.
